Over the last year, I’ve written many stories about my experiences in a relationship with a verbally abusive narcissist, as well as my process of healing and dealing with the aftermath.

Through this process, I’ve connected with many who share similar experiences, in search of resources to make sense of their own situations. The stories I’ve written on this topic continue to be some of my most read and it’s clear to me that this kind of content is sought after.

For those looking to read more—to make sense of, heal and move on from a toxic, abusive, and/or narcissistic relationship—I decided to put all of them together in one place to make them easier to find. I’ll continue to update and add to this collection as I publish more.

A huge thanks to Fearless She Wrote Editorial Team for supporting by creating a space for so many of these stories—you’ve been absolutely invaluable to this process.

To all of you out there finding yourself in these relationships, please take care of yourself!

I will always lean on the side of “get out as soon as you can, and while you still can”…but I know it’s not always that easy, and it may take years to even realize what’s going on. You’re not alone in this and there is help out there. Please talk to people and reach for assistance from friends, family, health- and mental health professionals. Seek legal aid, law enforcement, or contact your local help-line whenever needed. Don’t wait to take action!

Remember that you’re strong, you’re beautiful, you’re worthy and you’re loved.

I wish you joy, courage, and healing on your path ahead!

Yours,
