So much YES!

You see these ‘gurus’ at every step… after motherhood there’s so much of the perfect insta mom to make you feel like a failure at every turn. I definitely tried to project this too, until it all ‘fell apart’ and I realized everyone were simply posers. I have friends with their own brands who do this (to some degree), but when you visit, children are screaming, the floor is covered in pasta with pesto, and the parents are severely underslept and stressed (like everyone else).

We post our best moments on social media, and these ‘gurus’ just happen to get paid to project a fake fantasy image…
