Yes, I omitted a lot of history or I’d written a small book… also I tried to steer clear of a few historical figures who were also seen as severely mentally ill (such as emperor Nero, who I first wanted to ‘jokingly’ connect to the furry fetish). Sade I’m undecided about though, his work is definitely interesting, but from reading about him, a lot of what he did doesn’t exactly qualify as consensual. :D
